COMMUNITIES OF COLOR

REGIONAL SUPPORT

The Communities of Color Network is made possible through a major contract with Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center (SUAg) and a partnership collaboration with The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Tobacco Control Program (LTCP). Southern University is responsible for 34 parishes across the state, and LTCP’s Diversity Consultant is responsible for 10 parishes.

For more information, please consult the Geographic Coverage by Administrative Group Map to determine who your contact person is based on the parish where you live.
